Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and SELCOR (we, us) for the Envlet service at envlet.dev, its API, CLI, SDKs, and MCP server (the Service). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization to these terms.

Your account

You need an account to use the Service. Keep your credentials and tokens confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by identities and tokens you create for agents and CI jobs.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.

Your data

You own the values, names, and other content you store in the Service (Your Data). We store values encrypted and use Your Data only to provide the Service, to secure it, and as you direct through the Service. We do not sell Your Data and we do not use it to train models.

You are responsible for Your Data, for having the right to store it, and for the policies you set on who can read it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, to store content you have no right to store, to attack or overload the Service, or to attempt to read values you are not authorized to read. Do not resell the Service without our written agreement.

Plans and payment

The Free plan is free for one human member. Pro is billed per human member per month or per year as shown on the pricing page. Agent and CI identities are never billed. Fees are charged in advance and are not refundable except where the law requires it. We may change prices with 30 days notice by email.

If a payment fails, we keep your running processes resolving values. We stop you from adding members or projects until payment succeeds.

Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and we publish live checks at envlet.dev/status. The Service is provided as is and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Pro plans include support by email.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your organization at any time from the dashboard. When you do, we delete Your Data and keep an archive of resolution records without values for 13 months, then delete that too. We can suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, with notice where practical.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Questions go to hello@envlet.dev.
